firm specializing in the management of employment practices liabilities,
occupational injury and strategic business exposures. We are a privately
owned, independent company dedicated to providing innovative, proactive
and responsive ways of managing and funding risk. Our services include
the administration of occupational injuries and related litigation
for non-subscriber employers (Texas); administration of employment
practices, related exposures and litigation; outsourced human resource
functions; general liability and product liability claims management;
and administration of workers’ compensation self-insured programs,
self-funded retention programs, pools, and captives. Each of our
